Bristol United Banks Cricket Club (founded 1884 and still going strong) remember Alexander Hill as one of the fallen club members on the First World War. We believe his body has not been recovered and he is commemorated at the Tyne Cot Memorial, Passchenaale, West Flanders, Belgium (panel 72) along with nearly 35,000 other names.
Every year we take time to recall his sacrifice.
Regards
Edwin Morris
