Sarah Palgrave-Neath and Jason Palgrave-Jones November 11 2017 10:32AM

Fred was our Great Uncle and is remembered in Chester Cathedral and at Overleigh Cemetery in Chester with a headstone that he shares with his parents.

We are direct decedents of Fred and remembered him on the 7th November 2017 by laying a wreath in Chester Cathedral to commentate 100 years since his falling.
