Message of remembrance
Paul Trevayne April 14 2026 11:36AM
In memory of my Uncle Paul, Rest In Peace.
He was part of the crew of a Short Stirling Bomber that was shot down in WW2 over a small village in the north of Holland. Of the 8 crew, 4 survived and 4 died – one of those that died was my Uncle, just 19 years old.
Along with 17 members of the Trevayne family we were proud to attend the official unveiling of the Short Stirling BK604 AA-S Monument at Goorseweg, Enter in the Netherlands on 30th April 2022 (www.shortstirlingmemorialenter.nl).
Lest we forget.
